I googled ARizona Diamondbacks to buy tickets. The company popped up looking like the official site to buy your tickets for these games. I picked the seats they were sold to me at 33 each plus 6.27 handeling fee on each ticket plus a $15 dollar shipping fee. Total amount I paid was $132.81
The tickets arrived days before the event and the ticket price on each ticket was $15 each! I called the company and asked why they had charged my almost $40 per ticket when they were 15 dollar tickets. They would not give me to a supervisor to talk to said they were an internet based business only. That I could register a complaint by writing to their internet address... Yea yea lot of good that will do. I told them I was going to report the to the BBB and the Attorney General's office and anyone else I could think of and they said OK... Guess they have heard that before and just don't care because nothing ever stops them from ripping off the next victim.
It is very interesting to me how they come up as the company to buy from when you have not listed ticket sellers just the name of the team.
Please be aware these are NOT nice people.
