I reserved VIP tickets for 5 people to the tune of $200.00 then we had a death in the party and i asked for a refund to be told one lady can do it call back Sunday after 1pm, i did she wasn't there yet wait 3 more hours, then i was told call back on Tuesday. Can i speak with the manager, hes not here now. Whats his name? I cant tell you that. Why not, its not allowed. I never heard of that before, well you agreed to the conditions of purchase. But there has been a death here. There will be no refund, can switch days. We are not in a comedy mood. Too bad.
