Charged my credit card, sent no DVD, phone disconnected, no answer to email

Beware! I ordered a DVD; they charged my card & sent a link so I could check on shipping status (stamps.com). I've never received it; this was all a month ago. I called their 877#, it's disconnected. I've emailed, no answer. They charged my card immediately.
