Ripoff fraud deceitful sneaky theft

Some months ago my husband and I discovered a charge on our credit card statement for $9.97 from freerazor.com. Neither one of us remembered ordering from the company, so we contacted the credit card company and received their phone number, after speaking to them apparently it was for a free gilette razor, however they have no affiliation with gilette, which we found out later from gilette, but you still got charged this fee for replacement blades they send later on.

However, my husband and I did not order these razors, and it was charged to a credit card we haven't used for some time. However, we have used the credit card in the past on internet items purchased from our home. The only thing we can think of was that they somehow got our information and charged us the fee. To boot, we never even received the razors so how did we order them?

After numerous phone calls and email letters with them promising to pay it back that it would just take somme time. Eventually, the phone number no longer works and says that it is disconnected. They no longer answer my emails with promises to pay us back, they just never answer. I've tried to contact the better business bureau via the internet however we still have had no response. Isn't that scary? We got billed for something we never ordered, never received, on a credit card we no longer used?!?!?
