Ordered and paid for Lost TV Series 1-4 Boxset from dvdmd. Tv on the internet. I thought these were genuine dvds from an American Company.
They arrived within the promised 10 days, but was a different box than the one advertised and less discs. The text on the boxset was in badly translated English with a cover sheet in Chinese. Yes they came from China!
Series 1-3 appear to have been cloned off genuine dvds, but modified so the bonus features are all on the last disc.
The Series 4 dvds have been copied off the ABC TV Network and not well recorded, as the first two discs containing episodes 1-6 don't play episode 1 & 4 very well (3/4 viewable) and episodes 2,3, 5 & 6 are missing! Not sure about the rest yet, as I would like to watch the episodes sequentially.
I complained to dvdmd. Tv and they said they would replace the faulty discs. They informed me a few days later to say the replacements were on there way and gave me a tracking number. I complained a few weeks later that the tracking number had never been scanned, and where are the discs? They replied that they were sent by a different method.
This was about a month ago, and still no replacement dvds, and now, no answer to my emails! Recently I've read numerous other complaints about dvdmd. Tv on the Internet, contact your credit card company and cancel payment unless you speak Chinese and wish to purchase cheap bootlegs
