Sold a cd which was badly marked and small scratches

A cd was ordered from this company i complained several times by e mail which were ignored, i suggested a replacement copy which was also ignored. I believe the very bad state of the cd this was badly used copy. The name of the cd is, Principal Hope, by Daniel Carter.
