I sent for Brothers and Sisters series, 1 and 2 on 2/11/09. After awhile, when I did not receive them, I called their 800 number. They assured me the DVD'S were shipped.
They asked me to give them until "Monday." I did that. They sent another E-mail saying they were "sorry" they could NOT process my order. Remember, they told me the DVD'S were already shipped!
They told me they are going to credit my account in the amount of $121.71. It never happened! I plan to contact my bank, but, I don't have much hope of getting the credit to my account.
I hope you can help everyone who has been affected by these people, and that you have some power to be sure we get our money refunded.
