On October 8 I observed a lender withdraw of 39.99 that we don't understand what for. Then I obtained a telephone call from my lender warning me of another withdraw on October 14 for 37.00. I attempted to locate a telephone number or site to ask about these costs. Couldn't find something about that organization. I have to have these costs ceased. I'm a retired individual and dwelling on the fixed-income and require every dime I get. Please assist in any means.
