Tvdvdstore.net Aka Low Cost DVD received pirated dvd—poor quality video and sound internet

I ordered a 32 disk set of DVD'S The Dynasty collection&the website indicated they were new. What I received is a set of pirated disks, very poor video quality and all disks covered with same lable and number in somes handwriting. I sent 4 emails to the service dept and have not recieved one reply from them—I called and received a recording—stating they would return my call—again no response.
