Can you please pick a steady day for your debits? I thought you were taking 40.00 per week for class, and then 21.00 for the book??? Why did you take 65.00$ Is there a way I can pay for my class cash, when I come, I am NOT comfortable with ANYONE having my card number and withdrawing at will, it brings bad experiences for me, and non trust, I have had too many bad experiences. I want to continue to come to class but I need more control over when and who and HOW MUCH funds are being taken off my card. I hope you understand. I would like to speak with you.

I don't appreciate being blamed for your bank charges. I've been teaching for 9 years now. I have a set payment plan and I see that I made a mistake not following my regular pattern trying to be flexible with you.

You have several options for class you give classes on Thursday and Saturday ok? Therefore, I did not come on Thursday, (I did not miss anything) I came on Saturday INSTEAD. So you charged me 40.00 for a deposit which includes the total price of the classes! And My first class payment due, should have been 1 week later! Not 4 days later. If you have a policy that I think you have, I don't think we need to do business. I don't like this dialogue, if you have been in business for 9 years, then you should know how to difuse a (possibly confused or misunderstood CUSTOMER, key word here). We read the same books let's live it???

I don't like your disrectful tone or poor attitude. I can see why you have had trouble with bookings now. So there's the answer to your problem-a poor attitude.
Don't come back to class. You are officially kicked out! Terminated! I will not tolerate abusive clients that blame their money issues on me. I'm too valuable to the acting community to put up with people like you-very poor character. Go somewhere else and cause trouble.

All this because i asked for a day to take my debit, great business man to be in business for 9 years. Mean spirited man, what ever happened to customer service? Respect for clients? I would not buy anything he is selling.
