I enjoyed playing at Nocturnal Bar many times but then one night the owner Neil and manger stiffed our whole band and crew on the payment after they promised to pay us for playing at the venue. We had a huge turnout, brought multiple bands, (with photos and video to prove it) and they still did not pay the band the money they promised. They promised us the money that night in writing but we have not seen it for months now. The owner keeps saying that he will send us the payment but we never get it. Some of the excuses are that he is selling the bar, they don't have any money, and they will pay when they get it. I now see Neil driving a new car which seems strange. They had been paying their bill until this night. We had to request the promised band drink tickets a few times each time we played and it was always a struggle dealing with the door. We have cancelled all of our other shows at Nocturnal Bar because of this situation and we will not play or visit there again. After playing hundreds of venues we have never had a problem like this with an owner. I even explained that my father just passed away and we needed any help we could get but this did not seem to make any difference at all. I still paid the band members for playing.

Also the vodka the bar tender is talking about is really just "Japanese vodka" or Sake and they don't have much selection of drinks. Also, just so you know the last time I was there they had a "B" on their front door and they don't even serve food!
