Screwed big time by Stub Hub, and their non existant customer service!

I want to voice my complete displeasure of the way my transaction has been handled. I ordered 2 tickets on July 28th to see the Redskins/Cowboys game in Dallas Texas on Sept 28. Order #: 15529466

I got an email stating that these tickets will be shipped Sept 23rd. 2 MONTHS to wait for tickets that have already been printed, and ready to ship on other sites is unacceptable to me. To further complicate things for me, is that I am scheduled to drive cross country to attend this game and also see family.

Imagine my surprise when I think I do every thing correct by ordering tickets well in advance to an event is to find out that the tickets will be shipped when I am in New Mexico... Not at my home. My road trip starts Sept 19th, and will be in Dallas on the 27th-29th. I will not be home to receive these tickets, and that ruins our vacation.

I have more money tied up in other things than these tickets, so it is not practical to stay home an extra 4 days. My issue now is Stubhub will not give me a refund, or exchange these tickets for ones that would ship. All over the site, everyone claims "have tickets in hand, ready to ship".

I simply wanted to exchange at first, but have been met with rude people such as "Supervisor Jeremy" who claimed nobody goes any higher than him on customer service issues. I spoke with Ryan, tried to help but I could tell he was being coached... I dealt with Laurelyn via email, but she too said too bad. There was the 3rd operator that I had spoke too and she told me she would call the seller and get back to me... Never did.

This transaction IS the first and last one with Stubhub.com I am not trying to be difficult, but I have paid a lot of money. For nearly 1000.00 you would think that I would get some sort of customer service or something...

They have my 869.00 and I want my money back. I charged it on my credit card, and was told that if I dispute this transaction, STUBHUB would cancel my account...??? I want my money back for the tickets that have not been shipped, that wont be shipped for 2 months!!!
