This EBay Company will use fraudulent, terrorist tactics when they do not provide services, offer a refund and renege on the agreement.
On March 26th, in good faith, I purchased a DVD through them. I paid immediately. I heard back from them 3 weeks later that the DVD was delayed at the manufacturer. I was told that the shipping would be upgraded to Priority Mail.in each subsequent email, I was told the same information.in May, I asked that my money be refunded since they were not able to fulfill the order. I was promised my money which they reneged on. After not hearing back from the company, I filed a PayPal dispute.
Only after not hearing back from the company did I leave negative feedback. This company then left negative feedback stating that I picked slow shipping. This was a lie. Additionally, the company will not withdraw the lying feedback because I am being unreasonable. Avoid this company! They are scammers! They sell products they do not own!
