Hi my name is Francine. I have purshased a virgin mobile phone about 6 months ago. I have just noticed something was taking money out of my account. When i contacted virgin mobile phone services, they told me that Jamster has something to do with this problem. My concern is, that all i did was except an text message, and they automatically started taking money from my account. I feel like i am wasting money, because i dont use Jamster. Every 4 to 6 days, i have to put more minutes on my phone, because of this problem. I am very concerned, because this is the only phone i have and getting an top-up card almost everyday is very fustrating. I am just asking for a little help please... I cant afford this problem any longer! Please help my problem, and by the way... Is there anyway i can get some kind of discount?
