Joseph Brooks Caricature artist, graphic designer, director is a rip off artist, con man and bad services.

Joseph brooks employes himself in the entertainment industry. He will take your money and not show up. If he shows up he is late and then draws photos of your guests fast and sloppy.

Mr. Brooks appearance is sloppy and he has slur speech often. I think he showed up at my event drunk and not even showing up at my company function and did not refund our deposit.
