I purchased an 8 DVD set from this website in February and 4 of the DVD's would not play. I sent three emails and left two messages on their voice mailbox. I could not contact them again because their mailbox was full.
After my third email threatening action, I was contacted by a representative and was assured he would send another set and check them before they were sent. This was on March 17th and he said I should have them by Friday, March 21st. Today is March 29th and I still have not received replacement DVD, s. I will also file a complaint to my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. I will seek a full refund of $49.95. These DVD, s were obviously boot-legged!
