Truck Lease not abiding by it's own words!!!
Any one out there who has ever leased a truck through "MD equipment" or "Equilease Financing" or "Drivers for Hire" and found yourself tangled up in their distorted view of their very own "Lease", Please contact me a.S.A.P. At. My wife and I leased a truck through them and after 8 or 9 months of not doing very well in the "falling apart thing" we decided to exercise or rights, in their very own lease, to terminate it, with of course their penalties. We sent them a letter and a check for $6,646.56 and did every thing possible by the letter of the law... And they refused the check and said that there was no such clause about early termination in the lease and have persude a law suit... Both of our Attorneys, (myself and my wife's) have read the lease and have both concluded that we did the right and legal thing... Therefore we're going to sue them, and with your help in the matter, If you have been done wrong by this or these companys, we're going to file a class action law suit... Please contact me a.S.A.P.
