I ordered a pair of boots from AFMO in Dec. They didn't inform me the item was backordered but went ahead and charded my credit card for the merchandise and shipping.
When I called in Jan. To ask about the boots they then told me the item was backordered until early Feb. Called late Feb and the boots were still backordered so I canceled the order.
In Mar there was no credit to my account so I called and they said they didn't know the order was canceled so I canceled it AGAIN. No credit was ever given to my credit card or was I sent a refund check.
I have called this co. Every week since April and have been given one lame excuse after another as to why I haven't recieved a refund. They have had my money for almost a year and it is pretty clear they have no intention of refunding it.
I have made a complaint to the Dallas BBB and the Tx. Attorney Generals Office. No help there. So unless my credit card co. Can help me these people have successfully ripped me off for $160.00.
Do not do buisness with AFMO. They are FRAUDS!!!
