On Dec. 17 I put an order with naxpmedia. Their website suggested instructions placed by Dec. 18 could be shipped for Holiday. It hasnot occurred. It's today Jan. 10 and that I've not noticed out of this organization despite repeated efforts to get hold of them via email and phone. They've additionally billed my charge card $98.98 4 occasions for that same order.
