We were also sold a vacation plan that guaranteed us the lowest price on any type of travel, which was not the truth.
After a very short time, I asked to resell it back to Grand Crowne because they told me I could do that because people were looking to buy resales.
But they now said TOO BAD! You have to sell it on your own. We were from New York and unless you visited Branson, MO no one heard of Grand Crowne and we could not resell it. They are lairs and mispresented the whole club.
Also, we have never used them since we joined in December 1. We kept renewing our membership in the hopes of using it someday but that day never came. Their prices were far from the lowest and we were constantly disappointed in the result of their searches for us.
