Blockbuster is in it for the profits. When an organzation redefines terms like "day" to fit their own marketing scheme it should be a warning. The answer is vote with my feet. At one point I was angered anought to purchase the right to boycut Blockbuster.com, now I make certain no matter how attractive the "new marketing ploy" I don't rent there. I am also dedicated that my last 12:50 pm "late" charge of eight dollars plus reaps them negative revenue many times over.
