I purchased ticket through Ticketmaster and they scammed me through Entertainment Rewards. Ticketmaster released my credit card information to a 3rd party and I was charged $9 for something I didn't authorize.
Entertainment Reward gave some bullsh* story when I called and refused to give refund. The $9 is recurring charges which I didn't know until my credit card company informed me and they were unable to block it. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, the gal immediately cancelled out the membership I've signed up for. Next, called TicketMaster and filed complaint.
This is outright highway robery and there is no other way to put. All those out there who got scammed beware. Each one of us need to file complaint with BBB to close down Entertainment Rewards and Ticketmaster if they are part of these scam. I am going further and will notify all the local papers in my area of these fraud so that no one else gets scammed. All others, please notify your local newspapers.
