Nonexistant customer service ripoff

So the issue started a couple months into the service - I had signed up for the Blockbuster Online movie rental. I lost the return mailer and wasn't able to send the movies back. I went online, looked up the procedure and requested new mailers. A few weeks went by, no mailers. I requested again, and again no mailers. At that time I was able to find a customer service # on their website (which you can't find now). I called & told them the issue. No mailers. I called to cancel service and told them the reason why. Still no mailers.

So now they've charged my bank account $21.59 for each of the 3 movies I haven't been able to return.

I went back online to find a customer service phone number - there isn't one. So I submitted an email. What I got back was:

"I sincerely apologize for the confusion this has caused you, xxxxxx. I have searched our records further, and I see that you were charged $21.59 each for "Coach Carter [WS]", "Village [WS]", and "Very Long Engagement" NRP or Non Returned Product fees on July 16. Rest assured, we will automatically refund your account the said amount once your DVDs checked in to one of our Distribution Centers, xxxxx. We are sorry to see you go and hope you reconsider in the future. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and I will gladly assist you."

Since my problem was the inability to get the movies returned, I emailed them back that I didn't have the mailers to return the movies and explained the numerous contacts and this is what I got in return:

"I'm deeply sorry you're having trouble returning your movies to us, xxxxx. The DVD (s) can be sent back in our mailers without the sleeve (s) if necessary. You can also place up to two movies in one sleeve/mailer if a return envelope is missing or damaged. If you do not have one of our postage-paid mailing envelopes to use, we ask that you please mail your DVD (s) in your own packaging to the following address: 80865 - BLOCKBUSTER ONLINE, PO BOX 105315, ATLANTA GA 303485315. Please remember to print your name and your account e-mail address on your return envelope. Kindly include sufficient postage on the package being sent to BLOCKBUSTER Online. We recommend that you insure the package when returning a DVD this way. BLOCKBUSTER Online cannot be responsible for or otherwise reimburse you for the shipping charges associated with sending a movie back to us in this manner. I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you, xxx."

So not only are they not sending the mailers to return the movies after REPEATED requests, but they can't take responsiblity for the product if I mail it back myself? This is why I switched to Netflix...

I would LOVE a contact phone number for these people.
