Brought the "Fantastic Four" dvd on Dec. 28th, was ticked off to find that there was 5-10 minutes of previews before the movie and you can't fast forward thru them or hit the menu bar to go to the movie.
I took it back to Best Buy, saying I wanted a refund, but they said the policy is no refunds because dvd's can be copied. I said I'm not paying for a dvd with it programmed that the consumer has to watch previews (we will see advertisments in the future), I said dvd's can't be copied anymore. I told them I'm not taking a new dvd with the same programming, so I left it there, I said I will report it to the main headquaters, I also had a friend with me that saw me leave it there.
I've been going in circles with their customer care, so I said find, if I can't get my money, send a new dvd. Now there saying that there is no record of a returned dvd, so no refund and no dvd, this company has no problem with committing fraud.
The consumer Protection Agency has a lawsuit against them but has recommended for me to file a small claims lawsuit, which I plan.
