Ripoff i purchased 2 race tickets and did not reveive them. When I call the phone always says that our office is closed

I purchased two race tickets to a race in Texas on Sunday April 9th. These were a gift to my nephew and neice. The tickets never arrived and when I call the office I always get a recording that our office is closed.
