I purchased 4 tickets to the Broadway show WICKED in NYC for the end of April. My trip is 3 weeks away, and I decided to call Tickets My Way and verify they still had my order, and verify that they would be shipping my tickets before I left for NYC. When I called, all I could get was an unprofessional message saying the office was now closed. No options to speak to anyone. I tried emailing... It only bounced back. I then contacted the Las Vegas BBB and asked them if the business was closed - they said YES! So, I filed a complaint with the BBB, and now I have a $700 charge on my credit card. It looks like they credited it back, but then went ahead and re-charged the amount. I have filed a billing dispute with my credit card company. ARRGH! Anyone had any luck getting refunds yet?
