After noticing a $9.00 charge on my credit card account from Entertainment Rewards, I decided to research the company, since I did not recognize its name. Google directed me to a website where I found numerous reports from others about this company and its connection to Ticketmaster.
Last month I had purchased tickets from them, so I assume the charge was related to that purchase. I therefore immediately called my credit card company, and they reversed the charge. Their customer service said no dispute form would be required, since the amount of the charge was small.
I hope this is the end of it. Thanks to that website, I was able to catch it early.
