Ticketmaster - Entertainment Rewards
RIPOFF Beware

I ordered concert tickets through Ticketmaster in July '05.in September I had a $9.00 charge to my credit card from Entertainment Rewards.

I did not knowingly order this service, yet, it was being billed to my account. There are no emails, no snail mail or anything else to tell me what I subscribed to. The only way I know I'm enrolled into this service is through my credit card billing. What is it, what are they selling?

This is not the first time I had problems with Entertainment Rewards, however, I did not realize it was tied to Ticketmaster. Several years ago I ordered show tickets. The following month I was billed a $9.00 fee. I disputed the fee and the fee was removed.

This is the last time I'm ordering anything through Ticketmaster. They charge excessive fees and it's just not worth it.
