Last month i noticed a $9.00 charge to my account. So i emailed my bank and told they what was it because i didn't authorize it. So she emailed me back and gave me the phone number to call but they where closed.
So i looked it up and saw what it was and my sister in law has a book similar to what there "selling" so i thought $9.00 for that book was cheap so ill just wait to receive it in the mail, never came. Today i checked my bank stamen and the $9.00 charge was there again.
So i called my bank and they said i would have to come in and file a complaint and my bank recommended me paying $10.00 for a new card so the card number. The interment rip off people had would no longer work so i was thinking 10.00 wouldn't be work my time to replace it to save 8.00.
So i called the rewards book "seller" and was on hole 20min i kid u not. When i hung up my caller id said 25 min. I talked only 5 min if that, so i got on the line with a worker and she told me that i approved the perches, told me my email add, etc. And told me that they emailed me two times to warn me that the free trial month was over and they where going to start charging my bank account. Never got any emails.
So i told the lady on the phone why would i get my self in this? I don't print coupons on the computer, so she said she would refund me 9.00 and i can still use the program for the rest of the month and i told her why i never used it in the first place, i told her i was looking up there name in the computer and saw the reports on this web sight and i told her there so many bad things about your company on the computer its un real & that there taking my money out of my pocket to feed my kids pay bill etc.
I told her i wanted to talk to someone higher then her so she put me back on hold and came back and refunded me the two $9.00 and end the account but if i where to sing up again she would not refund my money and i told her trust me i didn't sign up in the first place and would never do it again.
The conclusion i came to was i charged tickets from ticket master for the carnival and they offered me the free trial and i signed up for the free trial and they said that they emailed me to warn me that they where going to charge my account i -never got any emails or gave them my bank #- so they must have got my bank # from ticket master some how. *there giving ticket master a bad name!
