I'm a college student, i had ordered ONE video from these people. I got the video and went back up to college. I just got back for summer break and there are 7 pakages with my name on it from GGW. I open all my bank statements when i get home and they have been charging me for all of them with out my knowledge.
So i find there number on my statement and i called up. The first person i got didn't even tell me his name or rep code, i told him the situation and said that i wanted to send the videos back for a refund, he responded with "tough luck, the videos are yours" at that point i asked to speak to his supervisor, he then responded with "this is not a supervisor situation." I know it is not standard for someone to refuse sending someone to a supervisor, when i asked him again he simply hung the phone up on me.
I called back and got another rep on the phone, id# 034. I explained everything again, he said he couldn't help me, this time when i asked for a supervisor i got one, her name was Tracy, she told me that there was nothing she could do. So now i stand here with boxes of videos that i never ordered, with a witherinig bank account, and i'm being told that there is nothing i can do. These people have to be the worst company i have ever dealt with in my life, currently i'm trying to charge back these orders through my bank, hopefully i can get my money back, but it doesn't look promising.
