Ripoff Cheats debit poor customer service rude

Ok, so over a year ago I ordered a couple videos from Girls Gone Wild for a upcoming Bacholear party. So I recieved them and was charged for them.

The follow month I noticed a debit on my bank account for the same cost the previous month by Girls Gone WIld.
I called them and asked why they billed me again and I was told that I will be billed monthly and they send out new videos each month. I asked to cancel and they said that my request would go through.

The next month, again, another charge, and by this time, I had started receiving more product from them. It was the same 2 videos a month for almost a year and I have been calling them almost daily.

99.9% of the time, I mention that I want to cancel, or speak to a supervisor or manger, I am put on hold till they hang up or I do.

The times I do get someone on the line and repeat my story over and over cause it seems that they dont take notes there, they say that they will have to investigate and have someone call me back.

And nothing. So here I sit for over a year now, still receiving these dumb videos and sending them back RTS and I am still being charged monthly and I can't get ahold of anyone at all. This is very fustrating and along with that. There customer service reps are extremly rude.
