After many years of playing on this web site, I had cashed out a small amount of money long ago.
This spring I had ran my money up to well over 4,500.00
My mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer and did not have long to live.
So I put in for a cash out of 3,500.00
Keep in mind most every casino with any bonus has a play through amount required before you can cash out. I had well surpassed my limit on that issue too. The comp points and the math tell you how much money you have played its easy to tell if you have met the requirements.
I was notified a week later they could not send me a cashiers check and could only put the funds in my firepay account and then they asked for my firepay account number.
They said it would be sent the next day. It was not there the next day either.
After I was finally notified the money was sent I was froze out of my account on the site. They only deposited 333.00 less a 50.00 fee for the transaction.
While I was froze out of my account they went and changed the rules on how a person could cash out and how much. I turned them into the gaming commision and they were told a lie.
I then found out the casino was bought by a new owner at that time by another person. I was told by the gaming commision there was nothing they could do either.
That site takes 800.00 in spending to earn just 1 comp point. When I cashed out my account I had over 70 comp points also. That times 800.00 a point is a lot of money in play. When I finally got back into the site and turned in the comp points they denied me for no reason what so ever and like my money they also dissapeared.
I posted this issue on another site.
I did get letters from other people that have been ripped off by the casino since then.
My mother died, I did not get to take her on her last vacation. I am also very Ill and it may have been my last vacation too.
My only goal is to alert people so they do not use this web site. It is very crooked and I am getting more letters each day with the same story.
There are many other on line casino's to pick from so this is the only one I have ever heard of that has gone down hill since the new owner took over. Enjoy yourself on any other site, but stay away from Portofino Casino on line. I am stuck in a state with no real casino's and in my home most of the time. So it was a way to stay home and have some fun in my life.
I just do not want others to be ripped off, or count on something that will never happen. This just happened in March of this year when the new owner took over.
