I have been with Gameznflix for several months now and now I am sorry to have join them.
For in the beginning they were bad about getting the items sent for you don't see items for about 1 week or so and so I wa able to call them and find out why but now they have taken their phone number off the site. I guess so no one can call and complain.
Then they got better not great like Netflix but better than they were. But in May they got bad again for we pay for 4 items to be shipped and instead it's 1 or 2 may get to you and than nothing for 2-3 weeks and so you contact them through their online question sumbit area and then next thing you know it says problem has been resolved, but it wasn't.
For now I finally have 3 items with one not listed on my queue and item #4 is still MIA.
I have contacted them 4 times about this nothing. I recommend people go to another online rental company and don't waste you money here. For they will take your money but not send you items.
