Well my husband thought it would be cute to order these videos. Well considering his bad taste... Besides the videos not being what they were discribed to be... They signed him up for two subscribtions at the time he signed up. He had no idea untill months later of getting double videos in the mail, being charged every two weeks for $29.00! Then they have the nerve to phone and tell him he won 3 videos. So they end up sending the same 3 videos he already had. And they charged him for those free videos! Well I spoke to a representative on the phone, since they would never pick up the line using the cell phone? (Call ID? } So in speaking with two different represenatives, they tell us that Hubby was subscribed to 2 accounts. Yes they knew for the same identical items! So they tell us to wrap all the videos up and return for refund... What refund? You cannot get delivery confirmation to a POST OFFICE BOX! So each time a new video comes in, we write return to sender. But no refund yet. So If anyone can help us. We got ripped over more than $100.00. I also asked the bank about having them reject the bank transfers but they said policy would not let them do that seeing that WE gave the company our account number.
