Ripoff, poor customer service, items not shipped, no explanation given, lied to several times, kept saying item has been shipped but they were never shipped, no tracking number given

I placed an order on 12-7-05 for my son for Christmas for $6,300. I ordered the presidental package for the Cannon XL2, and some extra items. I was assured that they would be delivered with in 3 days. The camera came in approximately 1 week but several items were not included. I have called the company several times and so has my son, each time we call we are told a different story. One story is that it is being sent overnight but when we ask for a tracking number none is given, one story was that some items were on back order, another story was that the items are on there way they are being sent by regular mail, my last conversation with them on 12-21-05 was the items were sent by regular mail and should be arriving however they would ship them again and I should recieve them on Friday, 12-23-05. The point is they have my money by cashiers check for $6,300 and I still do not have all of my merchandise. I will continue to call this company everyday until I recieve all of my order.

I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company named Express Cameras.
