I ordered a video from this "company" on the internet. My order was placed on January 9. Payment was made to this company on January 11.
My money has been taken, but I have received no video to date. I understand if products are on backorder or things of that nature, but at least let the consumer know.
I have sent several email to this sham operation, and have yet to receive ONE single response to my questions. There are all sorts of little "Customer Feedback and Let's us here from you" email options on this site. Each one leads to nowhere.
Good luck getting any response from a human being. You will receive a automated response that basically says, " thanks for your money sucker, good luck getting your merchandise."
I am going to ask my bank to reverse the charges and I will never to business with this Sham company again. The killer is the complete lack of customer service. I'll get over not getting the video. I can get it from some other company.
What I can't tolerate is the total disregard for a consumer's concerns. Not one response from this company, but they sure as hell take youy money fast enough.
Buyer beware. Do not patronize this company. It is a rip-off!!!
