Dave Scott, show promoter who ran Slanted Fedora Entertainment took money a year in advance for a show in NJ that he cancelled. It has been a couple months now and no refunds were made. I have a signed contract saying that a refund would be made should this show be cancelled.
I contacted him twice by mail and once by phone in November. He said I would send the money in a month and I am still waiting. All e-mails are ignored. I know he ows me money I am not sure who else he needs to pay. The Attorney General in Kansas is also working on this case.
