This company have let the fans down time and time again. They are disorganised and fail to deliver what they promise. Competition winners are often left without the prize that they are promised. There is no front row access as promised unless you pay an extra $300 per show. There has been very little exclusive content and no exclusive news. All you get for your money is access to a messageboard. The messageboard is not well run or well controlled.
They started to sell tickets on the site instead of through ticketmaster. Ticketmaster gave none members their seat numbers and duranduranmusic.com did not. It was better to go through ticketmaster. I find the staff at GSG Entertainment abrupt and unprofessional if you complain.
The free official site is 100 times better. Do not waste your money here.
