Good Patio Door Install but No Callback on Post-Installation Problem

Real Estate olivet66 0

Product and installation of 5 double patio doors was exceptional but trying to solve a post installation problem is the absolute worst. I have placed numerous calls trying to reach someone who can help and never get a call back - very frustrating. Follow up is totally non-existent. Too bad as they ...

Customer Service less than expected - Mungo Homes

Real Estate lcall135 0

Had a new home built by Mungo Homes on one of their lots. During the lot clearing process they left 3 trees. I told them grey-well, and the guy sells me the grey 4-bundle-to-a-square shingles and tells me they are all the same. 3 bundles to a square is ...

Real Estate jdp890 0

I ran by Edgars Bakery at the Colonnade in Birmingham, Alabama on 09/20 early on that morning. My to-go taking order was a little long, though I had calls to make and was not terribly aware. The cashier checked on my order, and a few minutes later the manager, Marcus, explained what was taking my ...
