Our House hasn't been foreclosed, and that I don't have any paperwork to that particular impact, but Nationstar has extended to record my house as foreclosed. Regardless of Fanny Mae acceptance that my mortgage with Nationstar was certified for change, they nevertheless wouldn't get it done, but created all ways of wait or declined to change the mortgage.
