Got a statement from NationStar Aug to get a second mortgage on the house that people offered. Ended up that First Horizon offered/moved financing that were sold in January!! They actually recognized that their documents suggested it'd been offered. After a few months of phone calls, faxes and emails to NationStar including although not restricted to negotiation paperwork along with a fulfillment of mortgage in the state-of California, I had been informed I had a need to "supply something which demonstrates the mortgage was pleased."
I simply about dropped my brain after I returned to First Skyline in disappointment and was educated that after they move the mortgage they CAn't become involved. Additionally they explained that-along with my mortgage NationStar has complete use of the document connected which may range from the paperwork that claims the home was offered
I can't think this really is still happening which I'm being hounded by NationStar (who's a debt gathering mortgage business for all those of you thatnot understand) and am considering obtaining a lawyer to prosecute them if the things they are performing results my credit.
