My husband was very unhappy with installation services completed by LOWES. They told him several other items needed to be completed wanting to add more fees. My husband knew it was unnessary work, he spoke with the supervisor, that didnt have much to say but to add 75 fee on to the 400 labor fee. The was for a hot water heate
