GreenTree Servicing refused to contract with over 40 states to access hardest hit funds set aside by the Federal Government for Distressed Homeowners. There is about 8 Billion Dollars available that Homeowners can access for relief if the company is a "participant" of the program. Everyone should know that Green Tree is reluctant to do this for reasons not known!
Case in point, I recently spoke to the REP at the state of Nevada who sent GreenTree the application so they can participate in this program. She begged me to contact them and inquire why they have not responded. The hardest hit funds will PAY 9 months of your mortgage in full to the Bank aka Greentree if you stay in your home for three years. There are other options that are also available and Greentree has still not responded.
Incompetence? Indifference? Poor Business practices? A combination of all three perhaps? You decide, please contact GreenTree today and ask WHY they have not signed up for these free programs and ask for their CEO!
