Jeff Schlansky and California-Realty did a great work controlling my qualities and that I wish to offset an adverse evaluation by a classic tenant of his. I've been a landlord for 25 years now. I switched my qualities to Rob since I had been ill and fed up with coping with all of the problems, lies and manipulations. I actually donot understand how these men cope with it on the daily schedule. I've been with Rob and his organization for 6 decades today and that I believe they are doing an excellent work. They cope with problems quickly and everything works efficiently. After I was controlling my qualities myself, I found understand that the tenants who protest probably the most would be the types not likely to pay for the lease and also the probably to ruin your home. They've a victim attitude and don't understand that should you really are a great tenant you're handled nicely. If you're a poor tenant most people are likely to fall hardon you.
