Jeff St. Louis Landord withholding security deposit from tenant due his to financial difficulties. Refusal to pickup certified mailings

Landlord withholding $1,200.00 security deposit from tenant. Bank has no record of said Landlord having deposited nor resided money in account under name for any period of time which is illegal and violates lease. Tenant made numerous repairs on premises rented with no money refunded and said house was in excellent condition at lease end. Landlord/Tenant case currently beginning litigation by Tenant in state of MI, County of Mackinac.
