Months ago i was notified by mail that Greentree would be handling my mortgage payment, I waited for the new payment schedule via Greentree, and never got it, so mailed my payment to BofA (Bank of America, what a contradiction). Then came a barrage of rude phone calls from this Greentree compmny, demeanding payment. I told them it went to BofA as i had nothing from them at the time, well, that didnt asuage them, and then they demanded that I make my payments via making it automatic thru my bank. I dont feel that is an option based on the unprofessional hacks that woork for this disreoutable company.By the way, LLC means that they expect a suit and are trying to be in a place that they cannot be sued for liabliity... Seems appropriate when we look back at Bank of America and its skanky activities... Any way, i see a class action suit in the mix, and hope to crush this pack of junkyard dogs known as Greentree. I think it will take a suit in order to make them stay within lender guidelines... Trouble is this company is used to working with deadbeats, not homeowners... We have 15 days in which to make our payments, also i never once was ever late, yet they call me and tell me that my payment never got there, i had to cancel the check (35 dollar fee) send another and register it (6 dollar fee) and get stuck with a late charge anothe eighteen dollar fee, persoanlly i think they held the check... Talking to several lawyers on consumer rights and applications to stop this lowbrow company in thier tracks.
