My husband and I having been doing business with Greentree for ten years. We have and still do get harrasment calls. We have been taking to court last year in August due to non-payment when the lawyer for greentree said it was for court cost. We go to court and we showed our reciepts to the judge. He dismissed the case. Greentree's Lawyer was ticked off! So now we are going back to court again for a different reason stating we owe back payments from the past ten years.
We was in court for 2 hours trying to explain to the judge about what a deferred payment is.
Greentree denies the defer payment and the judge ask Greentree lawyer why did you accept their payments if they are so behind and we showed reciepts again. The lawyer was stumped. We are going back to court again. If We win or lose its not over yet. Greentree needs to be checked fully through their lies and wrongful contracts on mortgages. Cause we haved never failed to call them but all you get is yelled at and threaten. Im not giving up. I just hope Greentree would stop doing this when we try so very hard to keep our home. I recommend no one do business with Greentree of Delaware.
