So I have to say I read some of these reviews and I took a chance and asked for Brandon who is but what was explained as a logically reason. Let me tell you something I told my husband we weren't going to buy carpet and well guess what we did. Brandon made this process do easy I actually told him he was great. He told me things that I already knew but I wanted to see if he would lead me down the wrong road. If your looking to do flooring again or for the first time in your house I strongly recommend you ask for him.
