Started Mortgage Modification in August. Downloaded information and sent in all of the papers they requested. As soon as they would receive my documents they would write back saying they hadn't received certain documents and requesting them again. I sent them over and over. Finally for the 5th time I sent the "hardship letter" by certified mail. They apparently couldn't handle that so they wrote back and said that my application was denied because I didn't send in the requested forms.
