Was known Mark Mairone in a period of need. I'm an unemployed, single-mom with twins which have specialneeds/problems. Mr. Mairone explained he could easily get me financing change with my lender, Wells Fargo. After I first met with him in November I had been presently in my own 2nd specific forbearance strategy with Wells Fargo. He explained he'd cost me $2500 to obtain me financing mod. I gave him a 1st payment in early December of $1000. I extended to create funds as much as $2100 thru March. Then I obtained a notice via US email from Wells Fargo Lawyers that my home was to increase for foreclosure sales in Thirty Days. Normally, I turned out! Calling HO Guidance anxiously, simply to be informed to not wory about this, anything was good plus they were awaiting the mortgage professionals to obtain back again to them. I'd finally gotten thru to my Mortgage Expert myself simply to discover that Mr. Mairone had positioned a Stop & Desist order on my bill with Wells Fargo so that they weren't permitted to contact me! I knew nothing about this. On the Tues after Memorial Day Weekend, the sherriff from Bucks County found my doorway @ 7:30 Am getting my loved ones & helping me with foreclosure paperwork. To create a lengthy terrible tale small, I went around for 4 times gathering paperwork the lender had a need to hold the foreclosure and also to spot me in still another forbaerance contract till I ideally become fully used to ensure that I will obtain a permananet loan modification. I did so venture into another strategy with Wells Fargo. I haven't experienced foreclosure & was really annoyed! I expected to get a reimbursement from Mark Mairone 5 months before. He decided to provide me my cash-back less time & hours allocated to my document which he'd spend me in payments justl ike I paid him. I stated ok. Only to listen to from him yesterday morning on 6/26 he wasn't likely to provide me a return! This guy is just a scam along with a complete joke. I accept both additional ripoff document reviews regarding how this individual performs business. I did so not require to invest $2100 to obtain another forbearance strategy that I'd previously accomplished twice before by myself! I had been guaranteed Financing Change which was what I thought I had been spending money on!!!
